London-based Fin, a sustainable logistics and last-mile delivery provider, intends to enter the NYC market early in 2025

The target is to raise Shanghai’s low-carbon bunkering to over one million tons a year by 2030, according to a November 1 statement. 

The agency estimates that its "Clean Ports" grants could eliminate more than 3 million metric tons of carbon pollution over the next 10 years.
